Operating from People's Park Complex in Chinatown since 2008, ABM Creditz Singapore Pte Ltd prioritizes complete fee transparency over immediate disbursement. We provide upfront, comprehensive cost breakdowns — including administrative fees and total repayment obligations — prior to loan commitment, as illustrated in our standard S$2,000 12-month schedule.
You can begin an application online, but Singapore law requires every licensed moneylender to verify your identity in person before granting a loan. Yours will be completed at our Chinatown office.
Representative example
Shown at our standard rate — below the 4% per month maximum permitted by law. Your assessed rate is confirmed before you sign.
The law protects you with a hard ceiling. Interest and all fees combined can never exceed the amount you borrowed. On this loan that ceiling is S$2,000.00.
Assumes every instalment is paid on time. Late payment adds a fee of up to $60 for each late month, plus late interest of up to 4% per month charged on the overdue amount only.
Why ABM Creditz
We believe borrowers deserve to understand exactly what they are signing up for — not buried in fine print, but explained directly by someone you can ask questions to. That is the standard we hold our team to.
Terms are explained upfront, before you commit to anything.
Every enquiry is reviewed on its own circumstances, not a generic script.

A loan cannot be completed entirely online. Singapore law requires a face-to-face verification at our licensed premises before any money is disbursed.
01
Share your loan requirements online or in person at our Chinatown office.
02
A consultant walks through your circumstances and the options available.
03
We review the information and documents provided as part of due diligence.
04
You will be informed of the outcome and, where approved, the proposed loan terms.
05
Visit our Chinatown office for identity verification. We explain every term in a language you understand, you receive a copy of the contract, and funds are disbursed only after signing.
Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to assessment. Actual terms are confirmed only in the final signed loan agreement. Be cautious of any lender willing to disburse a loan without meeting you: that is not lawful in Singapore.
Loan Calculator
Adjust the loan amount, interest rate and tenure to see an illustrative monthly repayment, calculated on a reducing balance basis. What you may actually borrow is capped by your income — see fees and borrowing limits.
Estimated monthly repayment
$655.87
Capped at the regulated maximum. Total charges have been limited to the loan principal, as required by the Moneylenders Rules. Over this tenure, interest would otherwise exceed what a licensed moneylender may lawfully charge.
Illustrative estimate only. Actual interest rates, fees, repayment amounts and loan terms are subject to assessment and the final agreed loan agreement. It does not constitute a loan offer and does not imply guaranteed approval.
Fees & Limits
These caps are set by the Ministry of Law and apply to every licensed moneylender in Singapore, including us. No licensed lender may charge more, whatever your income or credit history.
4%
Interest, per month
Calculated on the balance you still owe, not the original amount. As you repay, the interest portion falls.
10%
Administrative fee
Charged once, when the loan is granted, and deducted from the amount disbursed. There is no separate processing fee.
$60
Late fee, per month
Only if a repayment is missed. Late interest of up to 4% may also apply, but only on the amount actually overdue, never on the rest of the loan.
Total
Charges cannot exceed your principal
Interest, late interest, the administrative fee and late fees added together can never exceed the amount you originally borrowed. Borrow $5,000 and total charges stop at $5,000.
For unsecured loans, the Ministry of Law sets the maximum you may hold across all licensed moneylenders combined, not per lender. Secured loans and business loans are not subject to these limits.
| Your annual income | Citizens & PRs | Foreigners residing here |
|---|---|---|
| Below $10,000 | $3,000 | $500 |
| $10,000 to below $20,000 | $3,000 | $3,000 |
| $20,000 and above | 6x monthly income | 6x monthly income |
Meeting these limits does not entitle you to a loan. We assess affordability independently and may offer less than the regulatory maximum, or decline, where repayment would be a strain. Existing borrowings with other licensed moneylenders are visible to us through the Moneylenders Credit Bureau.
Been offered a loan by SMS or WhatsApp?
Licensed moneylenders are prohibited from advertising that way. If you were contacted out of the blue, it was not from a licensed lender, and it was not from us.

Frequently asked questions
Licensed moneylenders in Singapore are regulated by the Registry of Moneylenders under the Ministry of Law and must follow rules on interest rates, fees and lending conduct. ABM Creditz operates under Moneylender Licence No. 46/2026.
Applicants are generally between 21 and 65 years old. Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and foreigners legally working here may apply, subject to individual assessment. Meeting general criteria does not guarantee approval.
Typically identification (NRIC, FIN or passport) and proof of income such as payslips, CPF statements or a Notice of Assessment. Additional documents may be requested depending on your application.
Timelines vary with the completeness of your application and documents. Bear in mind that a visit to our office for face-to-face verification is required before disbursement, so the final step depends on when you are able to come in. Our team will keep you informed at each stage.
Interest is capped at 4% per month by the Ministry of Law and is calculated on your outstanding balance, not the original loan amount. A one-time administrative fee of up to 10% of the principal is deducted when the loan is granted. If a repayment is missed, late interest of up to 4% per month may apply to the overdue amount only, plus a late fee of up to $60 per month. Interest, late interest, the administrative fee and late fees added together can never exceed the principal you borrowed. Your actual rate depends on assessment and is confirmed in the signed loan agreement.
For unsecured loans the limit is set by your income and applies across all licensed moneylenders combined: $3,000 if you earn under $10,000 a year ($500 for foreigners), $3,000 if you earn between $10,000 and $20,000, and 6 times your monthly income if you earn $20,000 or more. Secured loans are not subject to these limits. We may offer less than the maximum where repayment would be a strain.
Yes. Singapore law requires face-to-face identity verification at a licensed moneylender's approved place of business before any loan is disbursed. You can start online, but no lender can lawfully complete and disburse a loan entirely remotely. We are at People's Park Complex, a short walk from Chinatown MRT.
No. Licensed moneylenders may only advertise through business directories, their own website, and signage at their premises. Any unsolicited SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or social media message offering you a loan did not come from a compliant licensed lender, whatever name it uses.
Foreigners legally working in Singapore, including Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit holders, may be eligible subject to assessment.
Yes, self-employed individuals and business owners may apply. Income documentation requirements may differ from salaried employees.
